Eagle Pointe Creek

Eagle Pointe Creek is a manufactured housing community located on the east side of Elms Road, just south of Miller Road in beautiful Swartz Creek, Michigan. Eagle Pointe Creek is bordered by the west branch of Swartz Creek to the north and beautiful wooded areas to the east and south. The entrance to our community is approximately 1/4 mile south of the intersection of Elms Road and Miller Road which is a major shopping and business corridor. We are located in the award winning Swartz Creek School District with school bus transportation picking up and dropping off in the community.
